Pardew Aims To Counter QPR

After QPR made a fair amount of new signings in the last few days of the transfer window, Alan Pardew thinks its important to counter that and play to full potential.

“We want to
continue our good start.
“I think it’s important that
we understand that they
will be buoyed by the
new signings and there
will be a little bit of
optimism around the
place.
“We have to make sure
we counter that –
because that enthusiasm
could drive them to a win.
We need to match it.”

They're still gonna get a lesson in football once the Toon Army roll into town :-)
