Pardew's Tribute To Ashley
By Toon Stig
Newcastle Manager Alan Pardew, has payed tribute to owner Mike Ashley after all hes done for the club, also saying 'he drives success'.
Mike Ashley hasn't had the best relationship with Newcastle fans after many managerial changes, including the forcing out of club legend, Kevin Keegan, caused the club to be relegated 3 seasons ago.
They bounced back straight away winning the Championship, earning promotion to the PL.
Fans were also upset when much loved Chris Hughton was replaced by Alan Pardew.
Pardew has since built a great reputation at the club, currently unbeaten in all games played.
The Toon Boss said,
"Our football club is run in
an incredibly efficient
way."
"Everything we do is
calculated and budgeted
for because that's how
Mike is. He drives success.
"He's driving me to make
this club as great as it can
be within the financial
structure that we have.
"Financially the club have
done a good job.
Whatever the fans feel
about Mike and Derek
Llambias, you have to say
that their fiscal approach
has brought some stability
to the club."
