Newcastle keeper Steve Harper has joined Brighton on a one-month loan deal.
The Former No.1 Keeper has fallen down the pecking order at Newcastle after Tim Krul's impressive form continues and the purchase of former Charlton Keeper Rob Elliot.
Elliot or Harper were thought to go out on loan but it's Harper that has which will keep him match fit and at the top of his game.
Harper has only played for Newcastle in his career.
