Newcastle Beat Man.Utd 3-0

Newcastle have sensationally beaten Man. Utd 3-0 at St. James' Park, to go 4 points clear of 8th placed Stoke and a point behind 6th placed Liverpool.
The first half was an equal contest with both sides having their fair share of chances. Demba Ba opened the scoring with a cracking goal which in the top left of the goal, flicked on by Shola Ameobi's skillful head to assist the Senegalise Striker who leaves for The African Nations soon aswell as Cheik Tiote who had an outstanding match.
Yohan Cabaye went on to score Toon's second goal of the match in the 46th minute, the first minute of the second half, nestling in a powerful free kick from the edge of the D-area, in the top hand left corner which hit the underside of the bar and went in. Lindegaard's hand couldnt make any difference at all as he conceded his first PL goals in a total of 10 hrs playing time.
The visitors began applying pressure with Simpson clearing a certain chance off the line. In the final minutes,Phil Jones headed the ball into the back of his own net adding further misery to his team.
The Newcastle Fans sang their hearts out and played a part in inspiring the victory.
