Newcastle take on Blackburn this Saturday from St. James' Park.
It's their first home match in 3 weeks.

The Magpies are currently unbeaten in the league having won 2 and drawn 3.

The last time these two teams met at St. James' Park, Blackburn came away with all 3 points, winning 2-1.

Blackburn defeated Arsenal 4-3 in their match last weekend and will be fired up.

The daunting crowd of 52,000 is enough to put off any away team and Newcastle thrive off the atmosphere.

Davide Santon will play no part after having fluid removed from his knee. Hatem Ben Arfa made his return in the Carling Cup on Tuesday against Notts Forest after almost a year out of competitive football. The Frenchman returns to the squad feeling very much relieved and will be a major boost to the Newcastle midfield. Leon Best will be looking to continue his scoring ways and after an impressive display against Aston Villa, Yohan Cabaye will be hoping to get his first goal for the club.

Shola Ameobi is unlikely to play due to a shoulder injury.
